Provision of Services

Bexley Tuition is a trading name of Nantorex Ltd. Nantorex Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07467152. Bexley Tuition provides educational services for GCSE students. We accept student registration requests for tuition only from parents or legal guardians.

Location

Face to face tuition takes place in classrooms hired from schools within London Borough of Bexley. Currently Bexley Grammar School is the only approved location for face to face tuition.

Online tuition is also available which involves delivering live tuition remotely using computer software to a group of students.

Tutors

Our tutors are DBS checked, experienced teachers working for schools across London Borough of Bexley who fully understand exam entry requirements for GCSE exams.

Student Enrolment

Payment of tuition fees, and completion of student enrolment form are required to complete the initial registration process. In the event of non-payment or overdue payments, we reserve the right to cancel the tuition service and remove the student from the list of active students.

Student Drop-off and Collection

Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing children to the location where the tuition takes place. After tuition is finished, children should be collected promptly by parents as we are unable to provide childcare arrangements for periods longer than 15 minutes.

Any deviations from the default arrangements, e.g. parents who prefer to allow older students to make their way home independently after tuition, should be discussed with the tutor to accommodate such requests.

Learning Materials

We provide all necessary learning materials free of charge to students who pay the tuition fee.

Payment Methods

Our preferred payment method is a direct bank transfer into our business account. However, we are also able to accept cash payments, if parents prefer to use this form of payment.

We currently do not accept credit and debit cards and other electronic payment methods. As a result we can offer lower prices to parents as we do not have to pay card processing fees.

For ongoing payments after student enrolment, we recommend setting up either standing orders or making regular payments as per agreed payment schedule.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services that we provide. Once tuition fees have been paid, we will deliver the service requested by parents unless we are told that the service is no longer required. If children do not attend their tuition classes as per allocated schedule due to factors outside of their control, they will continue receiving learning materials and homework as long as their tuition fees are paid and are up to date.

Data Protection

We take data protection seriously and only require parents to provide essential details needed to complete the student enrolment process, safeguarding, and for ongoing support of our students and their parents. At any point in time, if you no longer require our service, any records created for administrative purposes will be automatically deleted.

Data and information are only used for the purposes they were collected for. If the purpose has been served, records are automatically deleted.

All records that include information considered to be sensitive or of personal nature are protected by strong controls such as enterprise grade encryption, and access controls that prevent unauthorised access to the information and data.
